1. How can I best care for Flowy's products?
Flowy's 100% organic cotton T-shirts with DTG images are delicate garments. For best care and longest lifespan, we recommend to gently hand wash them inside out, with a gentle detergent without softener, then air dry and iron inside out. Alternatively, if desired, the T-shirts could also be machine washed inside out, in cold water on a gentle cycle, with a mild detergent and no fabric softener or bleach. Always iron the image inside out.
Flowy's Tote Bags have a more resistant composition, being made of 80% recycled cotton and 20% recycled polyester. We still recommend hand-washing and ironing as per the T-shirts. Alternatively, if preferred, they could be machine washed, short cycle, 30C or preferably lower, and air dried. Heat and spinning can cause fading and shrinkage of the garment and greater deterioration of the printed image.
2. What is Flowy's return policy?
Flowy makes best efforts to describe and show all items as clearly and accurately as possible. We wish customers to be very satisfied with their purchases. Nevertheless, Flowy offers a 14-day cooling off period in case wardrobe preferences have changed after purchase. For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To start a return, please reach out to Flowy through the contact page. Once the return has been agreed, the customer will be responsible for return postal charges and provision of a tracking number. After inspection, notification of refund will be issued using the initial form of payment. There is a policy of no exchange, customers have to return the unwanted item and make a separate purchase if they wish.
3. What is Flowy's shipping policy?
Shipping is available worldwide from Ireland using An Post, the national carrier, and its international partners, and a tracking number will be provided. Non-EU customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges or import duties in their own country. Please note that Flowy is not responsible for shipping delays or loss of packages. Unless otherwise informed, orders are typically despatched in 2 to 4 business days.
4. Is Flowy a Print-On-Demand business?
No, Flowy does not use a Print-On-Demand business model. We hold our own inventory and ship to our customers from our facility in Dublin, Ireland.
5. What happens if an item is out of stock?
We stock a finite quantity of items and stock-outs can occur during periods of high demand. If you prefer, you can e-mail us to join a waiting list for the sold-out item. We will notify you if the item is confirmed available. Estimated delivery time is 4-6 weeks, subject to availability.
